by ESR projects.
it’s an app to play skate dice, but with tons more tricks to be done!
(the color version is the front image for the app.
While the b+w images are the inside navigation.)

Refuge mural collabo

Just recently i had a great opportunity to paint one of the largest walls i’ve done to date.
( size is around 100ftx40ft.)
I painted this with artist friend Joshua Mays (soldren.com)
and we painted this on the side of a venue in portland Or. called Refuge. (refugepdx.com)
working on a wall this size is such a fun time and a great rush when you step back and really see the scale of it!
i definitely have the hunger for this size, and cant wait for the next one

Finally got a pic up of a canvas i finished lately called “internal flight”
its acrylic and spraypaint on canvas
60in.x48in.

And a mixed media piece called “cats cradle”
acrylic and spraypaint on plexiglass, floating over awooden frame with paper inlay
on ricepaper backing. (the black is actually a wall. frame is transparent and
shows thru on top and bottom) .
size is around 24inx30in.

(you will get many folks whispering advice your direction, just remember the only one
you can trust is your heart, and remember to walk your own path)

Black Love Oriented cd design

I’m happy to have teamed up with one of my fav. Mc’s from L.A., Dr. Oop
and beat producer from Japan, Budamunk in designing their
latest release titled ” Black Love Oriented” , which will be released on
P-Vine records, and as well on Jazzy Sport records. on Aug.3rd, 2011
We used a painting i did for the cover, then i designed the rest of the cd cover
and inside book to hold that vintage japanese feel.

STROKE.ARTFAIR Munich Germany

The love for artwork and music,how they work together to inspire one another is constant with me.
So to be a part of this visual remix project by the quality German record label Project Mooncircle
(www.projectmooncircle.com) feels like home.
These paintings will be displayed May.26th-29th in Munich Germany at the STROKE.ARTFAIR
(www.stroke-artfair.com) Which is is the worlds first art fair with a main focus on all developements concerning the worldwide movement of the so called Urban Art.

artists chose a song to do a visual interpretation/remix/translation of…
i chose “5 minutes” by the Amsterdam based group Numaads.
listening to it on repeat for many many hours while painting,i enjoyed pulling out what i felt was the
main soul of the song.

So here’s the first outward corner i’ve ever done. I decided to stick with a neutral color palette, and keep the symmetry strong on this one. I’m pretty happy with the end result.
